    Needless to say I will NEVER get my supplies from your hardware store again and will actively encourage my tradesman friends to do likewise.

    I went into your store today as a regular customer, I asked the young lady behind the counter, to point me in the direction of the product I was looking for, she had a phone to her ear . She started to give me directions and then she responded to the phone and turned her back on me, which I thought was rude and unprofessional.
