  I work mostly in the rural areas where no mobile phone shops around. That day I worked in Port pirie so was thinking switch to Telstra because I heard they have the best reception. Went to this shop trying to sign up a sim only plan. I was told the control group requested some additional documents and I need to provide those and go to a Telstra shop again after 2 days. I happen to be in Adelaide in 3 days (Thursday) at that point. So I decided to go ahead and do it. I give them some of the document to photocopy and sent the rest including my 3 payslips and a electricity bill to the shop email as they told me to do. Before I leave the shop I checked with the lady in the shop and made sure she received everything and I told her after Thursday I would be working away for 2 weeks and won't be able to go to the shop. She told me it takes less than 48hrs so everything should be fine on Thursday.

  When I went to a shop in Adelaide on Thursday I was told the control team were still waiting for my payslips. I called the port pirie shop and guess what? They did not send the documents from the email through. I was told the lady who helped me on the day felt sick and went home and did not hand the information through. I was so sick and tired at this point so I decided to forget about Telstra and stay with my current mobile phone provider for another year. They don't have the best reception but never made me feel so helpless
